Refund & Replacement Policy
At True Bond Online, we maintain full transparency regarding our service charges and refund process:
Refundable Amount:
An initial service fee of ₹200 is refundable only in cases where no match/partner is provided.
This refundable amount can be claimed within 7 working days after confirmation that no partner was matched.
After this period, no claim for the refundable amount will be entertained
Non-Refundable Amount
The primary matchmaking service charge of ₹2000 is strictly non-refundable.
This amount covers operational costs including profile verification, partner research, data processing, and dedicated consultation efforts.
Once a partner is allotted/matched, the user forfeits any right to claim refund, regardless of satisfaction or future preference changes.
Partner Replacement Policy:
Replacement of a partner is allowed only in rare and objectionable cases (e.g., if the provided profile has false details, misrepresentation, or fails initial authenticity checks).
In such exceptional situations, replacement will be done free of cost, subject to management’s approval.
Routine dissatisfaction or change of preference will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Partner Replacement Policy
Replacement of a partner is not a standard offering and will only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:
Discovery of false details or fraudulent information in the provided partner profile.
Verified cases of misrepresentation or intentional withholding of critical personal information.
If such a case is established, a one-time replacement will be offered free of cost, subject to approval by the management of True Bond Online.
Requests for replacement due to reasons such as dissatisfaction, personal preference, or change of mind will not be entertained.
Claim Process:
Any refund or replacement request must be submitted in writing to our support team with valid proof and reasoning.
All claims will be reviewed, and the decision of True Bond Online shall be final and binding.
